Privacy Policy
Your media stays on your device
BunnyConverter processes media directly in your browser using Mediabunny with WebCodecs. Files are never uploaded to our servers, and conversion data does not leave the page.
What we do not collect
- No account or personal information.
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.
- No conversion logs, media metadata, or network uploads.
Optional local storage
We store your theme and language selections in localStorage
so they persist between visits. No cookies are set. You can clear preferences anytime by resetting site data in your browser.
Optional permissions and saves
If you choose streaming save, your browser may ask for permission to write the output file using the File System Access API. This permission is handled entirely by your browser and is used only to write files to the location you select. No file contents or paths are sent anywhere.
Multiple outputs and ZIP downloads
When saving multiple results, the app can bundle them into a ZIP locally in your browser. This happens in memory using web APIs; nothing is uploaded.
Third-party dependencies
Conversions run locally using Mediabunny and, when needed, its MP3 encoder extension. These libraries execute in your browser and do not contact external services during conversion.
